Jim DePretto
- Owner
I've been with Bayview since November '03. I was born and
raised in Tacoma and have lived most of my life in Washington State.
I have always enjoyed small hardware stores and for the last 26 years, I
have been working in the retail hardware industry. Most recently I
held the position of Regional Manager for Ace Hardware's Corporate store
division. I'm very happy to be a part of the Bayview family and
look forward to working with you and helping you with all your building
needs. |

Rick Jensen
- Owner
I started my career with Bayview Building Materials of Elma in
November '03 and have been in the lumber business for 26 years. As
I am from Montana, I started managing a yard in Helena at the age of 27.
During this time I also worked as a manager for Ace Corporate stores for
5 years and managed the Olympia store and the Aberdeen location. I
am extremely pleased to be associated with Bayview and it's excellent
crew. |

Joanne Ochsner - Office Manager/Comp-Controller
I grew up in the building industry, the daughter of a contractor. I
have an accounting background and have worked for Bayview since November
1983. I enjoy working for Bayview because of my great fellow employees

Evelyn Fleming - Retail Sales
I have worked with Bayview Building Materials since June of 1997 and
have over 20 years experience in hardware and retail sales. I enjoy
interacting with our customers and co-workers. If you need a "whatchamacallit"
or a "thingamabob" or if you know the name of the item you need, stop by
and I'll help you locate it. |

Tom Isenhart - Retail Sales
I started at Bayview in May of '05. I started my retail career in
1982 just after leaving the military. I have experience in hardware and
building materials. I came here after spending 8 years in the automotive
field. What keeps drawing me back? Simple, it's the people, the
customers. The crew I work with are some of the finest people I've met.
Stop in to see me. I'd be more than happy to give you a hand...or two.

Don Simpson - Assistant Retail Sales Manager
Don started in April of 2004, so he is a newer member of Bayview,
but brings with him over 12 years of experience in the retails sales and
hardware field. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in these
fields and is always willing to help with a smile. If you have any
questions with your project needs, Don will do whatever he can to help. |

Dave Purtill (Aussie) - Contractor Sales
'Aussie', as the name suggests, I'm from Australia. With 19
years past experience in the building and roofing industry, I then moved
into "Contractor Sales" for both building and plumbing supply companies.
After moving to the USA, I have spent 2 years as "yard manager" for
Bayview Building Materials in Elma. Now, I'm looking forward to
working in the Contractor Sales at Bayview. |

Jerod Jensen - Contractor Sales
Jerod stared work here at Bayview in January, '04. He comes
with more than 5 years experience from working at a few different ACE
Hardware Corporate stores. He started in customer service and
worked his way up to manager of the Lakewood store. He also has 3
1/2 years of lumber experience from working for Bayview Olympia.
He's excited to be working here and looks forward to assisting you. |

I've been with Bayview since May 2004. Growing up as the son
of a contractor, I've been involved in construction most of my life.
Now, I'm on the other side of the counter, and find it a fast
paced and exciting experience. I hope my knowledge and experience

I have been with Bayview since September 1998 and in the lumber
supply industry since 1992. I have held various positions here
including receiving, yard manager, delivery driver, and am now currently
in contractor/outside sales. As all of our personnel, I'm happy to

Joe Brule - Customer Service
My name is Joe. I've worked at Bayview since October 1999 and so far
I've had a good time. One of the main reasons I came to Bayview was to
work around building materials and wood, as I plan to work towards a job
in construction. The one thing I love more than anything is being
outside, not to mention I get to work with a lot of really great people. |

Randy McDonald - Customer Service/CDL Truck Driver
Randy has been with Bayview Building Materials since August '01.
He has 25 total years experience in the lumber/building materials
industry. Randy is very helpful and gives great customer service.
You may also see him in our trucks delivering materials.

Steve started with Bayview in August 2004 and brings with him a
lot of experience in the building materials field. He is

As well as working in the outside customer service field, he is a Class
